1. Data Sovereignty & Zero-Storage
BesteSpy is a real-time extraction tool. We do NOT store your search history, scraping results, or YouTube URLs on our servers. All intelligence gathering is processed locally in your browser session and cleared upon termination.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect minimal technical data necessary for service operation:
- License authentication data to manage your PRO access.
- System logs during active extraction (cleared after each session).
- Payment information, which is handled exclusively by our partner, Paddle.
3. Payment Compliance (Paddle)
Payment processing is handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). BesteLabs never sees or stores your credit card details or bank information. Paddle’s use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We respect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete any limited personal data (such as your email associated with a license) at any time.
