How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to contact@bestelabs.com with the following details:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your Paddle Transaction ID or Order ID.
  • A brief explanation of why the tool did not meet your expectations (optional, but helps us improve).

Processing Time

Once your request is received, we will process it within 2 business days. The actual arrival of funds in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-5 business days).

Note: This policy applies only to direct licenses purchased through our website/Paddle. Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day period will remain active until the end of the billing cycle but will not be eligible for a refund.
